Career Coaching Now Available for Simon Scholars Alumni

👋 Hi Simon Scholars Alumni!

I’m excited to officially introduce myself here on Hivebrite! I’m Erika Enz, Senior Director of Program Operations at Simon Scholars.

Before stepping into operations leadership, much of my career focused on helping people discover meaningful career paths, build confidence, and navigate what comes next. I hold a degree in Career and Technical Studies and have worked with students and professionals at every stage—from high school and college through early-, mid-, and senior-career growth.

I’m now opening Career Intake Meetings for Simon Scholars Alumni. These one-on-one conversations are designed to help you clarify your goals, explore options, and identify practical next steps.

Whether you’re changing careers, exploring graduate school, updating your resume or LinkedIn, preparing for interviews, or simply wondering what’s next—I’d love to help.

Let’s build a plan together.

📅 Sign up for a Career Intake Meeting. I look forward to meeting you and supporting your next chapter!

Your future isn't something you find—it's something you build. Let's get started.
